Description
Monthly consulting retainer includes: Up to seven live hours each month with balance hours (three+) used for research, follow-up, written communication, or planning.
Renewed monthly in advance. Cancel any time to end renewal.
Details:
Scheduling Live Hours:
- Live meeting times are available Tuesday-Thursday 9am to 4pm Pacific time, scheduled on a first-come basis.
- Consultant’s availability for all retainer hours is guaranteed each month. Client must book, use, or forfeit.
- No additional hours will be billed without prior approval from client
Travel and Expenses:
- Retainer includes travel in San Francisco Bay Area of 150 miles each month. with starting point in Scotts Valley, California.
- Travel exceeding the above will be invoiced at $0.50/driven-mile plus actual costs (parking, tolls) + $50/hour of travel time starting from and returning to 125 Bethany Drive, Scotts Valley, California.
- Expenses for travel requiring flight will be set and approved in advance.
- No additional non-travel expenses (e.g., materials, tools) will be incurred without prior approval from client.
